Friendly and well-trained staff. Awesome mountain and golf course views. Excellent facilities including sauna, spa, massage, and infinity pool. Beautifully appointed penthouse apartment with large balcony. Complimentary early check-in and breakfast options available.

fantastic & clean hotel, it was in a nice location, has good staff. the breakfast offered lots of food and was super. it was in front of a bus stop. you guys made our stay very comfortable.

Stayed for 2 nights, the hotel was incredibly beautiful and fairly clean, it had stunning location to the Westendorf gondola. Fairly friendly staff made the experience here very comfortable! Location: the property was close to village centre and the center. Also, the hotel was placed within 15 minutes walk from Alpenrosen Cable Car. Greatly enjoyed our stay here.

Great location, you can walk easily to the Alpenrosen Cable Car 🚠. the bus stop is right in front of this place, so getting around is a breeze!

The breakfast is super. the staff is helpful and affable. - the location is absolutely perfect, really close to the village center and Wilder Kaiser. - It's only 1 mile away from Schneeberg. - We always choose to stay here whenever we visit Westendorf.

We had an absolutely amazing time at this alpine lodge nestled in the mountains. The location was perfect, with the Westendorf gondola right next door, making it super convenient for us to hit the slopes. We also loved the fact that we could easily access the cross country slopes nearby. The rooms were beautifully designed in a modern alpine style and were very cozy. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and the service provided by the fabulous owners was top-notch. The breakfast spread was delicious and the view from the sunny terrace was breathtaking. The spa facilities, including the sauna, infrared cabin, and small outdoor pool, were a great way to unwind after a long day of skiing. The parking lot belonging to the hotel was a huge convenience as well.
The only downside we encountered was the lack of food options available until 18h. It would have been great if the restaurant served food throughout the day, as we often found ourselves hungry before dinnertime.
